5 years ago my wife and I moved our family from a beautiful detached house in Vaughan to south Etobicoke. What made us move? One word COMMUTING. We were both spending over 2 hours a day commuting to our jobs in Toronto and thought there had to be a better way. After extensive searching we found this pocket of quality condos on the subway/gotrain and packed up our daughter and moved south. It's the best decision we ever made. Commuting time is down to 10 mins for my wife, and 30 mins for me. Quality of life has increased, stress has decreased, and we feel more part of the community here than we ever did in the suburbs.
Since I live in the buildings I'm very knowledgeable on the building nuances (for example 25 Viking is a NO dog building, while the others allow dogs under specific circumstances). I'm usually first to know if a unit is for sale, and can easily show you any unit you see for sale, or let you know when the unit you are looking for becomes available.
